My husband found this nest for me and I photographed it. As a result, the painting was juried into the "Guild of Boston Artists" this year in July, the same month that I broke my foot rushing around putting the hardware on yet another painting. Having received such an honor, somehow the pain in my foot didn't seem so bad, and I have learned...to stop rushing around to get things done!
